Carrier Oils Explained

Carrier oils are something that we use to dilute essential oils before they are applied to the skin. We mostly use carrier oils in roller bottles to dilute oils for topical application. We just wanted to share some of our favorites with you & explain why we would choose one over the other. So without further ado, our four favorite carrier oils…

Jojoba Oil: great for using all over the body; doesn’t clog pores & mimics skin’s natural oils; mild & nutty scent

Olive Oil: often used in hair masks, massage treatments, or homemade soap; rich in antioxidants; mild & earthy scent

Coconut Oil: popular in many beauty treatments; contains antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties; mild & sweet scent

Sweet Almond Oil: lightweight & absorbs quickly; softens, soothes & smoothes dry skin; strong & nutty scent

Which one will you reach for? Have any advice for us or questions? Drop them in the comments below!
