Let’s make a hot chocolate sensory bin together. I always love to include this with all my sensory bin activities so that I have a starting point for what I need and how I can use it, as well as a picture to guide me for what I’m hoping it will turn out like.
So I added all the items to my table, but knew that I needed something to add to work towards it being better for educational play. I created these “hot chocolate recipe cards” so that we could also work on counting up to 25 with the cocoa puffs and the marshmallows. Ryder loved “serving” these drinks up to us (+ sneaking a few marshmallows when we weren’t looking). Make sure to click the link below to download these cards to use in your sensory bin.
